At Rulace.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased through our website (rulace.com) within the United States. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms of this Return Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that the product(s) meet the following conditions:
  • The product(s) are in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition;
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and attached;
  • The product(s) have not been washed, altered, or modified in any way;
  • The product(s) are not final sale, custom, or personalized items (unless they are defective).
Defective or damaged products (e.g., manufacturing defects, damage during shipping) are eligible for return, exchange, or replacement at no additional cost, regardless of the 30-day window, provided that you notify us of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our customer service team at service@gfavora.com with your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and a brief description of the reason for the return (e.g., size mismatch, change of mind, defective item);
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions (including the return shipping address) within 2 business days;
  3. Package the product(s) securely, include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package;
  4. Ship the returned package using a trackable shipping method (we recommend keeping the tracking number for your records) within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
  • The return is due to a defective product, manufacturing error, or incorrect item shipped by us;
  • We provided a pre-paid shipping label as part of our customer service guarantee.
For eligible returns where we cover the shipping cost, our customer service team will provide a pre-paid shipping label along with the RMA instructions.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned package (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will verify that the product(s) meet the return eligibility criteria.
If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The refund amount will include the full purchase price of the product(s) but will exclude any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor’s policies.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Exchanges are processed free of charge for the product(s) (excluding return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to our error). Once your returned product is approved, we will ship the exchanged item to you with free shipping (within the United States).

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
  • Final sale items (marked as "Final Sale" on the product page);
  • Custom or personalized products (unless defective);
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer;
  • Products without original tags, labels, or packaging.

7. Damaged or Lost Returns

Rulace.com is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we will only process refunds or exchanges for products that we receive in eligible condition.

8. Modifications to This Return Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after the updated Return Policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
